Donna Wajid
President and CEO
Donna Wajid is the founder and CEO of Watchitgrow Incorporated, a Los Angeles based non-profit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness, dual diagnosis, co-dependency, substance abuse recovery, and food insecurity in underserved communities. In 2004, she founded a Shelter/Transitional Living program for men and women, uniquely integrating an on-the-job training program to facilitate workforce re-entry for residents. Under her leadership, and through key partnerships with LA Foodbank, Giving Children Hope, and Feed the Children, Watchitgrow Incorporated has consistently hosted weekly food distributions and bi-monthly 10-pallet donation giveaways since 2006, actively involving shelter residents in these impactful community efforts.

Mary Jones-Harley, MPA, Higher Education Professional
Mary has over 20 years experience in higher education and is currently a Program Developer at California State University, long Beach (CSULB). Mary is responsible for collaborating mainly with the College of Business to create and maintain operations of master degree programs in Business Administration and Information Systems. She received her Master's degree in Public Administration from CSULB and BS in Clothing and Textiles from the University of the District of Columbia (UDC). She is the CEO/Creative Director of her Wardrobe Consulting Business, Blckbutterfly51, established in 2018.

Dr. Kimberly Hall Snowden

Kimberly's focus has been on community mental health for the last 10 years. Kimberly has been with the Occupational Therapy Training Program (OTTP), a non-profit program contracted with the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Children Services and Probation, specializing in FSP intensive services, case management, crisis interventions, and cognitive behavioral interventions.
